Anchorage Easy Evil – LIMIT 2

(via Untappd Alex C)

Oh man alive! This is the first time we’ve ever had a fruited sour from Anchorage. Easily one of the best sour producers available, this beer features black raspberries and is fermented in oak foeders with 2 strains of Brett… WOW!

Anchorage The Ghosts in Their Eyes – LIMIT 2

(via Untappd justin P.)

This is classified as an American IPA but that’s wrong. It’s Brett conditioned and foeder aged. So that’s a serious stretch of the style. However, it’s amazingly delicious and by far one of the most shockingly beautiful bottles we’ve ever seen.

Anchorage & Jolly Pumpkin Matame Ahorita – LIMIT 2

  Bottles

(via Untappd Wade W.)

This is a COOL collab. Anchorage and Jolly Pumpkin are icons in their arenas for a reason. This saison is brewed with Alaska blueberries and apples! An interesting combo to say the least. The result is light, crisp and delicious.

Mikkeller Black Bear – LIMIT 2

  Bottles

(via Untappd Elsa B.)

A plain, simple, perfect Russian Imperial Stout. If you can’t remember the last time you had an Imperial Stout without something added to it, now’s the time for you to remind yourself exactly why this is the base for so many of your favorite beers!

To Øl Bourbon Goliat – LIMIT 2

(via Untappd Sebastian B.)

We had this one last year and it was flat-out amazing. This is a HUGE Imperial Coffee Stout aged with Bourbon Oak Chips.

To Øl Sherry Goliat – LIMIT 1

(via Untappd Jens Q.)

Same as above but with Sherry instead of Bourbon. YAS!!

To Øl 1 Ton of ….. Blackcurrant

  Bottles

(via Untappd Henry M.)

FINALLY a new one in the To Øl sour lineup! It’s been quite a while. This one is a Blackcurrant sour.

Jolly Pumpkin + Holy Mountain Smashed Grabbed and Hop Dusted

  Bottles

(via Untappd Ian M.)

TONS of hops and aged 7 months in oak, this is the 2nd iteration of the highly popular collab between Jolly Pumpkin and Holy Mountain. Great stuff!

De Ranke Cuvee de Ranke – LIMIT 1

  Bottle

(via Untappd Phil T.)

This is a truly special beer. It’s the first time we’ve seen their Cuvee in our shop and the first time in FOUR YEARS that it’s actually hit the market. It’s a blend of a Belgian Sour and a Gueuze Lambic.

Fantome Saison – LIMIT 2

  Bottles

(via Untappd Edward J.)

Got them Tomes! We haven’t seen new Fantome in a very long time. Wildly collectible, wildly inconsistent (yeah), but wildly amazing, Fantome is one of the beers that got us into the game. The saison is a classic and you should try it if you haven’t.

Fantome Brise-BonBons

  Bottles

(via Untappd François M.)

This one reminds us of Pissenlit. But there’s even less information to go on. SO a quick Google Translate tells us that Brise-BonBons means “ball-breakers”. Color us intrigued. The style is “Saison – Hoppy Beer” which still leaves much to be desired. So with that, here’s the full description;

With joy, and a little bit of mischief, Fantôme brewer Dany Prignon dedicates this very bitter beer to all of the many varieties of brise-bonbons – literally, ball-breakers – in the world. Specifically, this beer is meant for wise-guys, braggarts, pains-in-the-ass, muck-rakers, trouble-makers, know-it-alls, stuffed-shirts, blow-hards, and bores, as well as nut-cracking, wind-bag, prattling-on, self-appointed experts on every-thing, and nose-in-the-air snobs, convinced they can do anything better than you.

Dany intended to make a beer too bitter for a normal person to enjoy. The problem is, everyone loves it! Guess we’re all just a bunch of brises-bonbons sometimes.

Fantome D.M.D. Target Bond

  Bottles

(via Untappd Stakem)

The 2nd of the DMD series. Again, it’s billed as a Saison but we’re not certain that’s what it actually is. Fantome is weird, what can you say?
