Grimm Double Negative – EXTREMELY LIMITED

Double Negative pours jet black with burnt orange highlights. A long lasting tan head leaves abundant lacing. Aromas bursting from the glass include coffee, bitter chocolate, caramel, black currant and blueberry. Creamy and viscous on the palate, the flavor initially follows the nose. A pop of smooth bitterness comes after, and then a lingering, roasty finish.

Grimm Purple Prose – EXTREMELY LIMITED

Blackcurrant/Raspberry American Sour This indecently-hued American sour ale marries the complexity of juicy, ripe berries with a bright, clean acidity. Red ripe fruit is at the fore, while white oak adds a slight woodsy spice. Aged noble hops add a layer of earthy funk to the long, tannic finish.

Grimm Super Symmetry – EXTREMELY LIMITED

This tart, juicy gose is the epitome of what we love drinking most right now. The sequel to Super Going, this pours with a wheaty, luminous yellow glow. The huge, complex aroma hits you first with lemon and grapefruit acidity, with tropical notes of guava and lychee emerging to dominate as it warms in the glass. White oak gives heft and creaminess to the body. A light dose of sea salt makes the fruity and tart flavors explode across the palate while lending a barely perceptible brackishness to the finish.

Pretty Things Babayaga – LAST DROP OF PRETTY THINGS

Our winter seasonal beer, Babayaga is a 7% export-strength woodland stout. We smoked some malt with rosemary, and added a few other embellishments. This beer is inspired by Eastern European folklore, by woodland, streams, cold dark nights and woodsmoke. This was brewed at Westport, MA by Dann and Martha with help from our friends Adam and Br. Brian. The mash contained over 4,000 lb of malt (the biggest beer we’ve done) and there were also rye, oats and wheat in the grist. Fermented with a mix of English and Belgian yeast strains.

Pretty Things Barbapapa – LAST DROP OF PRETTY THINGS
