Crabtree Brewing Company Carmen
American Amber Ale aged in oak for 16 months atop their Weldlambic yeast. Beyond complexity, this wonderful funky ale has been lightly soured to sustain curiosity to the last drop.
Cambridge Brewing Company Morning Dew
Morning Dew is a refreshing take on Belgian Golden ale. It is brewed with a complex blend of malted and unmalted grain, including Rye Wheat, Buckwheat and flaked Barley. It has a medium body, smooth and round with a long lingering white head.
Morning Dew is lightly bittered with German Hallertauer hops and infused with a touch of elderflower, then extensively dry hopped with Nelson Sauvin. This provides a beautiful balance of floral and fruit aromatics, followed by hints of spicy grain. The flavor is more fruit with cereal grain and spicy Belgian yeast character, with a juicy bright finish.
George Gale & Co Prize Old Ale
New Belgium Long Table
An ode to the bucolic, table-friendly Belgian saison, we’ve added a delightfully new hoppy spin to the style, creating a sip that whisks a taste of the tropics into the Old World. Traditional grains of Munich, pale malt and rye lend a wash of toasty, spicy bread, while exotic Nelson Sauvin and citrusy Chinook hops buoy the juicy fruit flavors of our Belgian yeast.
Stillwater Artisanal Projector
This Imperial IPA projects an array of multidimensional hop flavor and aroma. Simcoe offers piney fruit while Centennial delivers a squeeze of lemon atop bright the tangerine citrus of Galaxy, laid upon a field of grassy Sterling.. and then some hippie comes by with a dank bag of Columbus. This heady combination is backed by an extremely lean malt body thanks to the addition of flaked rice.
Schmaltz Bock Bock
Bock Bock is a burly Imperial American Bock aged in half Jim Beam and half Heaven Hill whiskey barrels. Fusing Old World brewing traditions with bold, flavor-driven American ingenuity, Bock Bock is a fine example of how Shmaltz continues to lift lagers to the creative heights that ales have enjoyed in the American craft beer movement. Brewed with oatmeal and rye, and emerging from the barrel softened and silky, Bock Bock is as rare and special as it is highly coveted.
Dieu du Ciel! Péché Mortel (IT’S BACK!)
Péché Mortel (French for “Mortal Sin”) is an intensely black and dense beer with very pronounced roasted flavors. Fair trade coffee is infused during the brewing process, intensifying the bitterness of the beer and giving it a powerful coffee taste.
