Brewed in collaboration with our friends at Shared Brewing. We dry-hopped this hazy IPA with a ridiculous amount of Citra and Nelson Sauvin hops, giving it a huge, juice-bomb aroma without any of the bitterness
Style: IPA – New England
Price: $3.59 / $12.49
Hold Maplewood Brewing Company Crushinator 123456789101112 Cans
(via Untappd PaulyRaemont)
This easy-drinking IPA uses a base of Vienna malt and flaked maize to create great depth in a low ABV beer. Simcoe hops provide tons of tropical flavors, backed by a touch of earthy spice from Mt. Hood hops. Crushinator is meant to be crushed!
Style: IPA – Session / India Session Ale
Price: $2.79 / $9.79
Hold Stone Brewing Stone Enjoy By 07.04.19 Unfiltered IPA 123456789101112 Cans
(via Untappd Bradbymo)
For this version of Stone Enjoy By IPA we thought: “We don’t always have a filter, so why should our beer?” By skipping a step and letting this devastatingly fresh, golden-hued double IPA go un filtered, the beer takes on a hazy appearance and its peach and tropical fruit hop aroma are intensified. So though it may sound like it, this missed step was no misstep. Like the other IPAs in this series, this version is brewed specifically NOT to last.
Style: IPA – Imperial / Double
Hold Off Color Brewing Yuzu Fierce 123456789101112 Bottles
(via Untappd VanMuerte)
Berliner Weiss Ale brewed with yuzu. OK. So what the hell is Yuzu? Short answer is it’s a fancy Asian citrus fruit. An expensive, fancy Asian citrus fruit. Long answer is Yuzu (Citrus ichangensis × C. Reticulata) is a hybrid fruit of a Mandarin and some other, fancier citrus fruit called an Ichang papeda which I’ve never heard of before until looking at Wikipedia to answer the question of what the hell a Yuzu is. It’s a knobby, ugly looking little guy and not really something you’d want to eat but its zest is super perfumed and intense. A gussied up mandarin or a tangerine. Most of the time people use its juice which is similarly pungent but has an amazingly intense, pleasant acidity. Similar to Truffle oil or Piri Piri peppers, Yuzu gained popularity a decade ago in the culinary world and for a hot minute you couldn’t eat anything without it. Obnoxiously so. Fortunately, the over-hype has dissipated so we can go back to enjoying it. Like Radiohead.
Style: Sour – Berliner Weisse
Price: $2.39 / $8.29
