UCBC Perdedor (Lemon-Lime Lager) and Pierre’s Wit

Perdedor is a “tribute beer” to a classic 90s alt-rock hit. Sip, sing, enjoy- “Soy un perdedor…I’m a Lemon-lime Lager so please don’t spill me…got a couple of couches…sleep on the love seat”.

Pierre’s Wit honors a man who almost single-handedly resurrected a beer style, the Belgian Wit – a deliciously refreshing wheat beer originally created by Belgian farmers in the Middle Ages. Today this style tends to range a bit freely, but true to Belgian tradition, Pierre’s utilizes unmalted wheat, a meticulous mash regime, and a subtle spicing of coriander & dried orange peel.

Against The Grain ABeer

via Untappd B C.

This is a straight forward, refreshing extra pale ale utilizing the newest varieties of German aroma hops (Hallertau Blanc & Mandarina Bavaria). Call it a session IPA if you need, call it a pale ale if you prefer, hell, it doesn’t matter what you call it, what matters is that you stop talking about it and throw ABeer down yer gullet.
