Ale brewed with summit hops. Triple fermented. First in French Oak Foudres, second in pinot noir and whiskey barrels with brett and other critters. Finally in the bottle for natural carbonation.

BRANDON’S NEW FAVORITE! This spontaneous fermented beer has been aged in Hungarian oak barrels and appears with a light amber color with almost no head.
The aroma is huge and very vinous. A clear impression of oxidized apples is the first thing that hits you, which made us think of heavy old fashioned British apple ciders. The aroma also reveals the wooden notes from the barrels along with some burned toffee and spices like Star anise.
It has a very heavy acidic profile at first, one that quickly slides into a smooth kind of sweetness. We taste green apples, carambola and very young green grapes. It has a certain lactic acidic touch and a creamy dry finish that lasts forever and bares the green impressions through.
Some mild creamy blue cheese on roasted rye bread would work great due to both the lactic and acidity impressions in this beer.
Mikkeller Spontan Chokeberry – LIMITED
In the spontan series we present Spontanchokeberry – this time, forming an alliance with chokeberrys that were generously added underway the brewing process, creating a truly unique and distinct, sour beer. Aged at our barrel house in Belgium.
Mikkeller Beer Geek Brunch Weasel – LIMITED

This imperial Oatmeal stout is brewed with one of the world’s most expensive coffees, made from droppings of weasel-like civetcats. The fussy Southeast Asian animals only eat the best and ripest coffee berries.Enzymes in their digestive system help to break down the bean. Workers collect the bean-containing droppings for Civet or Weasel Coffee. The exceedingly rare Civet Coffee has a strong taste and an even stronger aroma.
Ingredients : Water, malts, hops, yeast and Vietnamese ca phe chon coffee.
To Øl Dangerously Close to Stupid IIPA – LIMITED
The next beer in the To Øl hop adventure is now a reality – we present to you Dangerously Close To Stupid. An Imperial IPA at 9,3 % ABV with a close to stupid amount of Citra and Centennial Hops in it. It is a bright crisp and super dry-hopped IIPA with a smooth and balanced body. To make a tight transition between the hop profile and the body we have removed all caramel malts and focused only on basis malts. This is resulting in a nice fresh Spring/Summer IIPA that has a Dangerously Close To Stupid drinkability. We have for a long time been wanting to do a pendant to the Final Frontier Double IPA, that has this rich caramel body and we think we nailed it Dangerously Close to Perfect with this one
To Øl Sur Citra – EXTREMELY LIMITED
Sur is Danish for sour and Citra refers to the hop that this beer is based upon. This is a sour mashed 6% pale ale, where we have tried to give a traditional Pale Ale an lactic acid backbone. The lactic acid comes with acidity, but also a fatness that works really well with the mosaic hop, that gives clear notes of tropical fruits like mango and passion fruit.
Amager / Surly Todd The Axe Man – LIMITED
For quite some time the Amager crew has been discussing this question: which person is the most rock’n’roll in the whole craft beer world – is it Barnaby Struve of Three Floyds or is it Todd Haug of Surly Brewing? In the end it wasn’t really all that difficult to decide since only Todd has played for Laura Dern in a David Lynch movie (yeah, Nicolas Cage was in that same movie, but since when did he count?) AND Todd plays the guitar in both a speed metal band and a stoner band. Add to that that Todd and his wife Linda are some of the nicest people to hang out with. So Todd, here’s to you: “Todd – The Axe Man” – a potent IPA loaded with fresh American aroma hops on a base of rich Golden Promise malt, Surly’s signature malt. Raise a glass to Todd, world class brewer – and master of the axe! Bonus facts about Todd: yes, he DID actually have a perm in his younger days (his wife confirms) and he does indeed love cats an awful lot.
Amager / Prairie Tulsa Twister
From Them: “Hopefully we don’t insult anybody by claiming that Oklahoma was quite a beer wasteland until just recently. Then, along came the brothers Healey, Colin and Chase, with guts, stamina and an awful lot of talent. And well, the rest is history… Prairie – originally a gypsy operation – soon became one of the most buzzed about craft breweries, not only in Oklahoma, not only in the US, but in the world. So when these dudes were invited to the Copenhagen Beer Celebration it was only natural for us to invite them to Amager also. And naturally the style chosen for our collaboration had to be a Farmhouse Saison, a style that Prairie has very much excelled at brewing. One of the Amager crew is still terribly ashamed of sleeping through a tornado warning at a motel room somewhere in Oklahoma years ago, so out of respect for the powers from above we named the beer “Tulsa Twister”. As loud and frightening as a twister is, as cool and laid back are the dudes from Prairie. We had a great day of brewing and friendship – we hope it shows in the beer. ”
Trois Dames / Jester King / Crooked Stave Sin Frontera (only 3 – FASTEST FEET!)
Raphael Mettler became acquainted with these two breweries at „The Festival“ in Portland, Massachusetts. As we work in similar product ranges, we found many things to be enthusiastic about. And so a joint beer brewing project was born, the idea being to brew a beer based on an identical recipe but brewed in three different places. In October 2013, we made the first brew in Austin, Texas, the second one in April in Denver, Colorado and finally the third one at the Brasserie Trois Dames on the 6th of May 2014. Each brewery was provided with vino fino barrels from Jerez de la Frontera which were practically 70 to 80 years old. The vino fino is a wine fermented « sur lie », characteristically oxydized. We wanted to replicate this profile. The beer will age for 6 to 12 months. At the Brasserie Trois Dames we used a seasonal-type yeast for the main fermentation and we added active lactobacillis yeast for barrel fermentation. This yeast comes from the Fromagerie Tyrode in L’Auberson. We also added a Lambic beer base from Oud Beersel. The Swiss version of the beer is due to come out in the spring of 2015.
Dieu du Ciel! Solstice d’Ete (Raspberry Sour Wheat – EXTREMELY LIMITED)
This beer is an adaptation of a wheat beer brewed in Berlin known as a Berliner weiss. This is a cloudy blond coloured beer lightly tinted by the fruits which are steeped in it: either strawberry, raspberry or blueberry depending on the time of year. It is a highly acidic beer due to the lactic fermentation which takes place. Its aromas are acid, tart, and fruity.A light tasting beer, its acidity is quickly felt on each side of the tongue before leaving all the room for the wonderful fruity taste. 5.9% ABV on bottled version.
